One visit can support several conversations.
- Project updates: give stakeholders an overview before a meeting, with agreed detail views to support the discussion.
- Milestone records: record visible stages such as groundworks, frame, roof and external completion.
- Site logistics: show visible access routes, storage areas and the relationship between work zones at the time of capture.
- Handover and marketing: plan completion photography or a project film with the necessary permissions and usage agreed.

Plan the programme
Set the schedule around the work.
- Choose the milestones. Share the programme, site boundary, reporting dates and the areas that matter most.
- Agree site coordination. Identify the site contact, induction requirements, access arrangements and any restrictions around workers, cranes or other activity.
- Capture each visit. We use the agreed viewpoints where practicable and account for changes in site layout and conditions.
- Receive and review. Use each dated set for your records, then adjust the next brief if the programme or reporting needs change.
Your questions answered
Can we book monthly or milestone visits?
Yes. We can discuss a recurring programme or visits linked to key stages. The quotation confirms the schedule, weather arrangements and deliverables.
Will you provide measurements or stockpile volumes?
Please specify these before booking. A measurement deliverable needs an appropriate survey method, reference surface and validation. Routine progress photographs alone are not sufficient.
Can the imagery be used in our marketing?
Tell us the intended channels and audience. Editing, branding, permissions and usage terms can then be included in the brief.
